The Fish Holding Learning Center Is In The Works
The Fish Hold Learning Center restoration project is getting underway! Last week, shipwright Tony Finnocchiaro and his crew arrived from Maine with the lumber and have set up shop. The project, should take about 7-10 days will feature representations of fish pens that can be configured in several different ways in order to accommodate the various uses of the space throughout the year. The hold serves as classroom and gathering space, storage, and workshop season in different seasons of the year. Adventure is grateful for the fantastic team work that went into this design. Special thanks to Tony Finnocchiaro, Harold Burnham, Adventure staff, and naval architect Tom Farrell.
